Nappi Red is an easy to grow, colorful Bahai. It makes a nice landscaping plant as well as a good cut flower and is relatively cold hardy. It also will flower sporadically throughout the year. Highly recommended for novice growers.

Heliconia Nappi Red in River Heads, QLD
5 December 2023Beautiful heliconia, very healthy and well packed. Acclimate for a month before planting in the ground and don't over water it. Young heliconias will rot very quickly if given too mach water. I know, I have killed few of them.
